Golf In Club Bay Session Timer

A Windows kiosk-lockdown application for indoor golf bay session management. The app monitors booking status and securely locks the bay computer when the session timer is up.

How It Works

01
Sync Booking
The background app integrates directly with our booking platform's API for live bay booking details.
02
Session Warnings
Custom branded notifications appear to give players a heads-up before their time expires.
03
Time's Up
The screen locks automatically, requiring a new booking or a secret override to unlock.

What You Get

Kiosk-Lockdown Protection

Anti-tamper design blocks unauthorized input to ensure the session timer cannot be bypassed.

Real-Time API Sync

Seamlessly monitors bay booking status directly from your WordPress site.

Automated Screen Locking

Blacks out the bay display with a branded overlay when no active booking exists.

Smart Notifications

On-screen 5-minute, 1-minute, and 30-second warnings before sessions end.

Robust Anti-Tamper Security

Designed to run silently on each bay's PC. Our app prevents bypassing the lock screen and works with your Golf In Club booking data out of the box. It runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems, independent of your simulator hardware provider.
